The next generation of lawyers demonstrates greater levels of concern when it comes to climate change and divestment in fossil fuels. A group of law students in California recently created a Climate Responsibility Pledge for law firms that would require the discontinuation of taking on representation of new fossil fuel industry clients, effective immediately.
