Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone here has an arbitration outline that they would be willing to share. I'm taking a basic introductory arbitration course that's about the basics and functions of arbitration and talks a bit about what arbitration is, the history of arbitration, the procedures of arbitration, the advantages and disadvantages of arbitration, and a bit about commercial arbitration as well.
The textbook is Arbitration: Theory, Practice and Law, Custom Edition. https://books.google.com/books/about/Ar ... uKAQAACAAJ
The textbook is really just a few chapters from a larger textbook, titled Resolving Disputes Theory, Practice, and Law.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
