Anyone having issues signing up for the NYLE?

Hi! Is anyone trying to sign up for the NYLE having issues? I definitely left it to the last minute, which I shouldn't have, but I'm having a technical glitch with the NYLC. it says one of my videos is COMPLETED, but it's not timestamped, and the counter at the top says I've only completed 17 of the 18 required videos, when I've completed all 18. Has anyone has this problem and sorted it?
