Anyone care to read?
During the quarantine, I got bored and decided to write a mini-law review article about the Kentucky ban on religious gatherings. Is anyone interested in giving me their opinion?

This will be a pretty short article...
1. Louisville (it was Louisville, not the state) should have phrased its order more generally to avoid this whole mess.
2. The opinion was an error-filled religious screed that devalues the federal judiciary by existing.

The governor banned religious gatherings, but it was up to the mayors to decide whether to allow drive-thru services. But yes, that is the main substance of my paper.cavalier1138 wrote:This will be a pretty short article...

Basically, I conclude that Judge Walker misapplied Lukumi.
