Balganesh for Property

Hi folx,
Has anyone who's gone to UPenn Law taken Balganesh for Property? He's a visiting Prof for Columbia, so obviously 2 and 3L's at Columbia don't have any former exams or outlines for him (if you're a 2 or 3L who happened to take him and then transferred to CLS, do speak up, though!)
Looking for any info about his style, exams, etc. Any input is welcome
