Top Law Schools

Michigan Law 3L, she's new for us this year, debating whether to take her for Federal Courts. I've followed her on Twitter for years, generally enjoy her, but also realize Fed Courts will be a gunner class and I am far from that, even before I was a 3L.

I also have less use for Federal Courts than Big Law folks, but find the stuff interesting enough to take it with a good professor. Just don't want painful cold calls or exceptionally hard grading, I suppose.

Any advice appreciated.
