Would that be a problem for passing the character and fitness part of the bar?
My warning is still in place.

It depends on your underlying conduct/violation. Why were you no-trespassed?

Arguing loudly, basically.

Yeah, this is burying the lede. If you got hit with a TRO or no-trespass order related to creepy/abusive relationship behavior, that's absolutely a C&F problem.
I imagine there must be non-worrisome reasons for someone to take out some form of restraining order against you, but I'm struggling to come up with a realistic scenario.

I was arguing loudly with a worker in a store, so I got banned from the store. If I go back to the store I can get arrested.
This has nothing to do with a girlfriend, if that’s what you’re wondering.

I doubt it's going to be a C&F issue, but I'd make sure there isn't an official record of this that reflects a different narrative than "I was arguing loudly." For example, if the store got a court order by telling the court that you threatened the worker, etc., then you need to be prepared to disclose that information. The key to C&F is to not minimize your past behavior, because that can be seen as misleading.
