Last minute 2L class selection help?

I have pretty much locked in my classes for this coming semester. But, I'm having a bit of trouble deciding between 2 classes - Corporations and Con Law II.
I'm not interested in Biglaw and don't really see myself working for a firm, so I'm hesitant to take Corporations. Although, I have heard it's a useful class even for PI students. Absolutely hated Con Law I. I genuinely did not learn a single thing from that class because it felt more like a history course. I've heard Con Law II is completely different, but, still hesitant to take it.
I have already taken Crim Pro and Evidence.
Also, I have the opportunity to take either Corps or Con Law II as Pass/Fail. Would you all recommend doing so?
