Anyone know of decent Sec Reg videos or supplements that are easy to digest?

I have current E&E and will be going through that but would prefer to find some simple videos to check out before I dive into the maze of rules that is Sec Reg. Any general help appreciated!

Not aware of any videos that could help you, but not sure that you need any. The E&E is pretty good. However, it was overly comprehensive for my course. Try to find an outline for your professor to gauge for the topics / depth you need.

Go on Westlaw and check out their practical law notes. There's one for basically every big concept/unit in secreg (e.g., Reg D). Since they're theoretically written for practicing attorneys, they're generally very straight forward, easy to digest, and give you an excellent overview of how the rules work.
