My final in property is going to be all about policy. My teacher has posted past exams and they all have the same format: You're in charge of creating/modifying a certain law from property (like adverse possession). The question then asks if you would keep something like adverse possession, why or why not/ any changes you would make to it if you kept it, etc.

I was wondering if anyone could recommended any outlines/supplements that present some good policy arguments for property topics. I've been writing down all the policy arguments from class discussion but would like something to expand on. Thanks
