Agree with the above. Not everyone is accustomed to natural hair. While in our community that style is more than fine, others may see it as odd for a firm picture when looking up an attorney.

Should be totally fine for day-to-day. Personally I'm white and I don't have a problem with that for a firm bio either, it was hard to find a ton of examples of firm bios quickly but the ones I saw tended to have their hair down, so maybe the same style but worn down instead of in a bun might be a compromise.
