My grades were painfully average and now I'm freaking out!

Got 3 Bs and a B+ this semester at Boston College Law which I am super disappointed about. I studied like hell but it still didn't seem to matter at all and I was still not in the top half of my class in 3 of my 4 classes. Is anyone going to hire me for the summer with my GPA not being great? Am I totally screwed for getting a good job down the road? Is my GPA too dragged down to excel within my class?
