I know most of you guys are too busy for this, but I was wondering if any of you guys were willing to look through some sample essay questions/ answers.

This will just be for property and Contracts.

Sure, but I'm not sure if any of us can be of substantive benefit. Most teachers have a unique eye in what they're looking for, have their own phrasing of rule statements etc. Whatever feedback you get will probably be diluted to "Jane can argue W because the facts state this X, therefore the outcome will likely be Y, but maybe a court will be persuaded by argument Z"
