If an essay question requires you to apply multiple rules to a fact pattern, how should you structure such an answer?
For instance, if a fact pattern for Wills, Trusts, and Estates implicates requirements for a will and requirements for a trust, and rap, how would you write the rules and then how would you apply those multiple rules to the fact pattern?

heading 1:
The issue is...
[insert rule 1]
analysis applying rule 1 to facts.

heading 2:
The issue is...
[insert rule 2]
analysis applying rule 2 to facts.

heading 3:
The issue is...
[insert rule 3]
analysis applying rule 3 to facts.
