Moving to Philadephia After Graduation? 1 BR Available Starting June 15

I am switching markets and will need to end my lease early. I live in a luxury building and they do not allow sublets, but will allow assignment of the lease if the assignee signs a new year-long lease. I will discount rent for June-August to $1,700, but the new tenant will have to pay $1,950 from September on.
