Talk to your Dean of Students or whoever the relevant contact at your school is for this kind of issue. I don't know that it would come up on C&F, but if it does, it's always better if it was disclosed ahead of time.

Does the bar application for the state you'll be applying to have a question which would encompass this? My guess is that it probably does.

If you broke the ED agreement for financial reasons, you should be fine. If you just changed your mind, then frame it for what it was: a youthful mistake.

Thanks for all of your replies. I was looking at the NY Bar App, and I didn't see a question that directly encompasses this. There was a reference to "crimes of moral turpitude" (I'd agree that this may count as moral turpitude, but is it a crime). Would you recommend just adding an addendum or something? Also, do you think that the fact that I didn't mention this on my law school apps will be problematic?

I wouldn't worry about this, at all. You didn't commit any crimes and you didn't do anything immoral. All you did, was arguably breach a contract. If there is a C&F question where this comes up, answer it honestly, but my guess is that it will not.

Just answer every question honestly.
