If the median was a 3.3, and you have two A's and two B+s, then you're probably substantially above median. Not bad grades at all.

My school curves to 3.30. Assuming all grades are weighed equal, two As and two B+ would put you just in the GPA range for the top 15% of the 1L class. So pretty damn good. Obviously, take this with a grain of salt since letter grades may not correspond to exactly the same GPA and the curve may vary, but at any rate those are good grades.
