Help with Trusts and Estates

Can anyone recommend resources for actually learning wills, trusts, and estates? My professor is pretty bad at staying focused and the lectures are scattered. I've confirmed with my classmates that they too find the professor's lectures unhelpful. Any tips? I don't want to do poorly in this class so I could really use your help. I'll look at anything: books, videos, flashcards, etc. Thanks in advance!
