Common Carrier question---"A" students only

The A students only thing was a joke, but really do have question----

Is the "utmost care" standard of care for common carriers still valid in a majority of JX?

Or did the NY Bethel decision do away with that higher standard of care? Thanks.

You know your professor and/or their TAs can give you a much better answer than we can, right? Even if someone knows the caselaw, your professor may deal with it in a different way. There's nothing stopping you from asking them for clarification.

This is true, and the TA probably got an A in the class.

Take advantage of the ability to ask your professor for clarification, because it's one of the last times that one of your judges is going to entertain your questions.

Yeah, you don't need to create a new thread to address a question you already asked (and I agree that your prof can give you a much better answer than TLS can).
