I am a freshman paralegal studies major, who plans to attend law school down the road.

This is my first time doing a take-home fact pattern exam on family law and am thoroughly confused. I completed the first two pages, but having trouble with the last few stanza's. Are there any law students, who've had family law that can help me with a stanza or two, please???
