Have not read in depth. While it discounts typing speed, it does make me wonder about how to level the playing field with respect to extra time. I don't want to open the can of worms as to whether certain students should be afforded extra time. Rather, assuming for the sake of argument that some extra time is warranted in certain cases, is there any way to fairly and accurately determine how much should be given?
Also, taken out of context, I enjoyed this line very much "Although typing speed was correlated, it turned out to be ice cream."
