The correlation is usually a tight 1:1. Have you considered contacting the registrar's office to see if this was a clerical error?Gifted Hands wrote:I''m an A- student wh just got a b ona 4 hour lrw class. wtf bros. what's the cotrelaton between lrw grades and other grades?

Wait...your prof said what was about right? The grade you got? The correlation between your "A- student" status and your LRW grade? Something else?Gifted Hands wrote:no but i asked the prof and he was like yea that's about rightrpupkin wrote:The correlation is usually a tight 1:1. In general, the default answer to this question is "DEFINITELY," but more context is needed.Gifted Hands wrote:should i go up the chain of command?
no we talked numbers, and he said my grade was correct based on the numbers.rpupkin wrote:Wait...your prof said what was about right? The grade you got? i can't tell if this is shadenfraud
Why wait until you're back in the state? Email Registrar, Law School Dean, and one of your real professors, explaining your suspicions. Afterwards, forward the sent email to the LRW instructor, with a "FYI" before the forwarded message.Gifted Hands wrote:i'm in a different state but i feel like he intentianlly srewed me based on class attendance. can i challenge the grade when i get back to my city next month?
I'm not understanding the "tables" metaphor. Explain.Gifted Hands wrote:seriously? the tables are turning and now i'm about to act on what might e intentiaonal bad advice
absolutely, who shall begin the movement? Potential law students who go on strike by foregoing law school.PeanutsNJam wrote:1L grades are so important. Since your professor screwed up you can get him on malpractice just hire a lawyer. Try to get as much public attention as possible, since law professors shouldn't be permitted to do this kind of shit.
Rpupkin is not giving bad advice. Law professors screw up too much someone needs to do something about it.
y'all accuse me if giving potnetiaily life ruining advice s now y'all are doing it to me.rpupkin wrote:I'm not understanding the "tables" metaphor. Explain.Gifted Hands wrote:seriously? the tables are turning and now i'm about to act on what might e intentiaonal bad advice
Interesting. Did you happen to use lots of metaphors in your legal writing? Perhaps your LRW instructor has moderate autism like I do and thus takes everything literally. That could explain the outlier grade in LRW.Gifted Hands wrote:y'all accuse me if giving potnetiaily life ruining advice s now y'all are doing it to me.rpupkin wrote:I'm not understanding the "tables" metaphor.
