Bluebook rule for list format?
I'm looking for an abnormally obscure Bluebook rule that exists, but I cannot find it anywhere. The rule would concern in-text list formatting. For example, "The elements of negligence are: (1) Duty; (2) Breach; (3) Causation; and (4) Harm." I need to know what rule this is and how a list such as this (or one more lengthy with sentences, this is just a simple example) would be formatted; that is would it be separated by semicolons and are the numerals encapsulated in parentheses, etc. Thank you in advance!

This would probably be in a style guide , not a citation manual.
