So what's generally the procedure if you're aiming at a law firm out of your immediate region? Will T14s pull out-of-state law firms into the OCS process? Or might one summer associate in their immediate region with the intent of working with the firm at another office?
Musings of a 0L, thank you!

^^^What he said.
But,
you can find public versions of most (all?) T14 OCI employers, or if you bring up a particular firm,
http://www.nalpdirectory.com/ will list the schools at which it does OCI somewhere in the firm's listing (I think it's under a recruitment or hiring tab or something once you select a firm). Alternatively, you apply online essentially like you would for any other job by sending all of a given firm's required materials via web and/or email, and perhaps mentioning when you might be in the area for an interview.
