I am wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a M&A supplement? Thanks!

0L, so you can add this on if you'd like, but I saw someone post this a few months back. They said it that helped them understand the material better: http://www.wlrk.com/files/2015/Takeover ... eGuide.pdf

I finished my M&A exam last week (quarter system), and I used that WLRK thing and the Bainbridge book. I didn't like either all that much, but if I had to pick I'd go with Bainbridge. I think he does a pretty good job on defenses and Revlon.

Do you mind providing a link to the Bainbridge book? Thanks!
