Journal Symposium

The symposium editor's position on my journal has become available, and I'm considering throwing my name in the ring, in no small part because we don't host a symposium every year. But let's say for whatever reason the journal's e-board decides to throw a symposium, but I get some leeway on topic selection in my position. What topics would other law students actually be interested in listening to experts speak about on a random future Friday?

Additionally, please feel free to list any horror stories.

The law surrounding squirrel feces has reportedly been the source of significant lively debate at many of the t14's faculty water coolers this semester.
