Top Law Schools

This class goes by different names, it is sometimes called Business Reorganizations, sometimes chapter 11 Bankruptcy, sometimes Business Bankruptcy. The case book is Business Bankruptcy by Levitin. I'm looking for a good supplement that will explain some of the more difficult concepts in detail. Particularly, at this juncture, I would like a supplement that explains letters of credit and securitizations in the context of business bankruptcy.

Any help finding a good book is much appreciated.
