xael, are we going by number of classes taught or number of unique professors?

for example, if I had 2 female professors and 2 male professors, but the 2 female professors taught 6 courses total and the 2 males professors each taught a course, is that 50% or 75%?

also I assume you don't want my phd professor make up polluting this thread

I counted classes, not professors. None of the women overlapped but I've had 3 male professors each twice. But I figured if in the extreme I had taken 10 classes, 1 from professor A who is female and 9 from professor B who is male, it wouldn't be genuine to say it was a 50/50 split (especially when you consider how many women are pushed into part time). Plus I go to a small school so there is lots of professor overlap.

seems i am an outlier

Of my approximately 30 classes, 13 were female. Of the 9 from 1L, 6 were female.

Too few: 2/8

Just 1. And the class is co taught with a male prof.

ETA: 1/9 classes. 1/10 professors

Fall 1L: 3
Winter 1L: 0
Spring 1L: 1

Fall 2L: 0
Winter 2L: 0
Spring 2L: 0 (my clinic is run by dudes)

Now that I think about it, fall 3L I'll probably have all men too.

7/18 = ~38.89%

Fall 1L - 2/4
Spring 1L - 1/4

I'm at 4 professors, roughly 25%. I wish my school had more female faculty members.

if a class is co-taught by 2 female profs is that 1 or 2? also do non "profs" e.g. lecturers/fellows count

Id count them however you'd like IMHO
I counted non full profs because lol at keeping track of that

I also assumed that professors informed their classes of their gender identity before the start of class, too :[

ETA: Almost all of them were doctrinal (1L courses, corps, UCC-9), LRW or advanced writing, or experiential learning (internship/externship/clinic).
