Updated Link - Outline Dump (BE, Income Tax, Con Law I & II, Oil & Gas, Sec Reg, Civ Pro, UCC, Evidence, PR)

Outline, canned answers, or short sheets, depending on the subject for:
Business Enterprises/Associations;
Income Tax (including a good Characterization flow chart if you ever have to solve that mumbo-jumbo)
Con Law I (outline, canned, case chart for Articles I, 2, & 3) and Con Law II (short sheets covering SDP, EP, Takings, State Action, etc.)
Oil & Gas;
Securities Regulation (has good chart and canned answer outline, based somewhat off this professor's past exams and model answers:

Civil Procedure;
UCC (Secured Transactions and Commercial Paper);
Professional Responsibility (outline and rule spreadsheet); and
Evidence (Outline; Hearsay Chart; Rules Short Sheet (from Kalvano, I think))

Does the Art. 9 outline reflect the 2010 amendments?
Are you referencing the Debtor name stuff? I can't remember what other amendments we discussed in the class that had a very material effect, but I did take the class in the last couple years so the outline is based on the post-2010 Code. I outlined using the textbook/Code, class notes, and a more recent E&E, so everything should be up to date.
