What happens if you fail a pass/fail class?

I'm in Accounting and have my exam in two days and I think I might fail...

What will happen? Will I potentially get no-offered after my 2L SA? How bad does it look?

What do you think will happen? You'll get the equivalent of an F on your transcript. If your grades drop substantially enough, firms have the ability to no-offer you. It won't look great.

Quit freaking out and go study.

This. Two days is plenty.
