Con law II attack sheet??

Having a hard time structuring the DP/EP analysis

I took it pre-Windsor (so take that into consideration when you review) but I based my short sheets on Chemerinsky's Con Law supplement/Bible (but the textbook was not by Chemerinsky - so the cases I included in the short sheets may be somewhat different but I believe all the seminal cases were covered). Was very helpful and I did well in the class (it was closed book so I just memorized these).
