Civ Pro Exam Like This

Looking for Civ Pro exams to practice with that are like this:
A fact pattern for client that just walked in + 6-7 additional documents (such as complaint, statements, applicable law, memos, previous judgments)
Write memo how to handle this case.
Does anyone have a link to where I can find some old exams that are like this, or have some they could share? Preferable with some model answers or scoring rubric too.
Any tips/comments/advice/etc regarding exams like this?
