Save yourself $15-25 and don't buy Getting to Maybe. There's nothing wrong with the book, and the advice in it isn't bad, but if you are reading any of the exam guides on this forum you will get the same information.

The gist of that book is basically:
1. Argue both sides. Find those "forks" in the road to go down separate strands of analysis.
2. Study and plan out your semester.
3. This advice doesn't apply to all classes.

I'd say it's the only book you should buy before law school. Great on learning how to take an exam - really helped me.

I'd say it's worth the $15 and reading at least twice first semester...
