GPA needed for fed clerkships?

Jw if there is a threshold requirement(ish). Is it like a minimum 3.5? I'm only interested in trial not appellate.

I also got a B in writing unfortunately. Is that going to haunt me the rest of time? I had an A first semester but lost it due to getting too novel on the final. Sigh.

UMich. Not sure about rank, but slightly below/at median (ended up getting an adjustment that put me at a 3.2)

Also, rising 2L

There's no clear threshold, but you're probably looking for a miracle clerkship from where you sit now. Read some in the clerkships forum.

Depends alot on the judge and his preferences. It's not impossible, but you need to apply broadly. Your best shot will be finding judges that have hometown preferences (usually smaller, less populated districts) assuming you are from such a district.

Michigan is not a TTT and therefore doesn't have graded legal writing. Also, your last thread indicated that you have a 3.0 and not a 3.2. How on earth can you think that this forum will be helpful if you provide bogus input?

What about me?

About top 1/3rd at T10 (Mich peer school), graded legal writing (prob #2 or 3 in the class)
