REALLY NEED HELP with my memo

So I failed to secure a firm job this summer and am working for a professor at my law school who is known to hate typos, grammatical mistakes, etc.
I was wondering if there's anyone out there who can help me with proofreading my 3 page memo. I'm a foreign student, and admittedly my English needs some help, and I'd really appreciate the help.
