Terrible Class Schedule

Post by BrooklynLaw16 » Mon Jun 08, 2015 2:44 pm

Would I be remiss for taking secured transactions, evidence, bankruptcy, and federal income tax all in the same semester? I need these topics for my planned area of practice, but I'm thinking it might be too heavy of a load. I'm trying to maintain a high GPA.

You're a pretty big gunner from past posts so I wouldn't be surprised if nothing we said about how ludicrous that schedule would be or how silly it is to do that to yourself as a 3L make zero impact on you

Probably don't need all those for your planned area of practice (even if you're doing bankruptcy, you won't really need income tax). Why don't you split them between two semesters?

Taking 4 exams is dumb. Really, really dumb. Do 3 this semester, take the other in the spring. Fed tax / evidence are usually offered every semester.

Like people are saying, you don't have to do this.

But you'll be fine if you do.

Thank you to posters who have confirmed my gunner douchery. I pride myself on the ability to outgun punks :D

I'm considering using my pass/fail option on evidence, so that I can make it a last priority. So essentially, I can aim for As in the other courses and just skirt by in evidence. Thoughts?
