I need essay "skeletons" for torts, contracts, criminal law

by "skeleton" I mean just the skeleton of an essay. A list of items that could make up an essay. A list of items that I will quickly run through when writing my essay and say to myself "oh yes, this one applies, write about it" OR "this one doesn't apply, forget it"

For example, for contracts:

UCC vs. common law
are both parties merchants?
offer
acceptance
consideration
statute of frauds
mailbox rule
mistake
illegality
third party beneficiary

do you know where I could get something like that, other than making it myself?

I feel like this is outrageously lazy. And each professor may teach the material differently, thus it may be best to do your own.

There is no common skeleton of an essay. They differ a bit. It depends on the writer and on the topic of course. Personally, I've created my own structure. You can create your individual and use it later on. As well, there is one more option. There are some writing services which can help you to deal with an essay. DELETED is among those. You can at least try it!
