skipped evidence in law school, skipped all legitimate classes second semester of 3L, passed Cal bar, is litigator.
tldr: no, not worthwhile.

Yeah take it. It'll make the bar more manageable, even of you half ass the class. Getting exposure to a tough(ear) bar course is better than taking a useless class during 3L spring, particularly if you already have your job lined up. There just isn't a downside to doing it

Taking an evidence class won't hurt, but it isn't necessary. I believe that any of the commercial bar prep materials will adequately prepare you for the exam. I was also hesitant to take evidence, and I''m glad that I did because it ended up being one of my favorite classes.

Im in a similar boat and took it in the fall. Did surprising well considering how little work I did. Evidence really isn't that hard, unless you have a proff that loves crazy hearsay hypos. Take it if you want, but I dont feel like there was anything in the class I could not have learned well enough for the bar this summer.
