Yes, I received the call later in the day. The recruiter (I think that’s his position) said he will be spending the week calling people and that he wanted to call everybody before he sends out the official email.

FYI, just got an email saying that Navy Spring Board results will be release in two weeks (so mid-April) and that everyone who is selected will be notified by email and phone and then afterwards the results will be posted to the application website.

Re: Military Law - Navy Jag Student Program
Hi all,
I am not sure if this board is still active, but I do have a question.
I am interested in doing NROTC while in college, and I am wondering if this would possibly interfere with my interest in applying for the Student Program. Would my service obligation from NROTC interfere with my application for the Student Program? Thanks.

Does anyone know if they will be making calls tomorrow? My online account still says pending and I have not yet received a phone call.

Calls are still going out. I was a Fall SP Pro Rec and we are somewhat in the loop with what is going on for new selects. To my knowledge phone calls should be wrapping up tomorrow.

Hey I’m a 3L SP and got a call yesterday. The site still says “pending” on mine. I’ve got some friends waiting too. Here’s hoping it’s all good news for everyone, best of luck!

Re: Military Law - Navy Jag Student Program
I'm not sure how active this thread is anymore but I wanted to pay it forward with all the great advice I've read here and share some words of wisdom for the commissioning process for any future readers. This advice especially rings true for anyone older than the traditional law student and also women.
1. I would start the following IMMEDIATELY after you submit your JAG application. I know the school year is PACKED and stressful but trust me, you will be 100X more stressed and pressed for time during the summer after graduation as you prepare for the bar and you will have even less bandwidth to accomplish the following. Save yourself the stress and do yourself a favor and get started ASAP!
Furthermore, taking care of medical stuff after graduation can be especially annoying if you move and/or change service providers and might make it a lot more difficult/you'll have to wait longer to see a doc. You will save yourself a lot of headache to just do it all before graduation.
2. Create spreadsheets for (a) all the addresses and years lived for every place you've lived in during your life and (b) all the employers you've ever worked for as well as years worked, addresses, and supervisor contact info. You're going to need this for the bar anyways so might as well get it done sooner.
3. If you have ever broken a bone or had surgery, request those medical records from your doctor/hospital. Some might take at least 30 days so it's better to have them ready to go.
4. Also, go see a doc NOW for issues you got records for in #3 and have them give you a final OK and clear without further complications.
5. Get a pap smear and have the results and record for it. Your recruiter will need one from the past year.
6. If you have any weird medical issues or other issues, get in contact with a recruiter now and ask about how you will need to handle them in the future. That will at least give you something to keep in mind.
I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but the above few things took months off my commissioning timeline and I really wish someone would have told me sooner because the bar is already miserable and it was even more so trying to run around and do all this as well as sit on the phone forever with hospitals...and I am someone with no real health issues besides being a women and having an ACL surgery in college lol.
Hope this helps and best of luck to anyone applying in the future!
