International/Transnational Litigation

Taking a transnational/international litigation class this upcoming semester. Sadly the book we are using is not even released yet, it is the professor's near-finished textbook on the class. He doesn't have any supplements that he recommends, so I was wondering if anyone has any advice for good international litigation/transnational litigation supplements. To give a sense, the class is focusing on 1) choice of law, 2) enforcement, 3) what courts the litigation should be before. I looked around a bit on the forums and didn't see anything recent that helped.
