Taking a shot in the dark here: anybody happen to have any resources that spell out general policy args for basic 1L prop topics?
Exam tomorrow and I've spent far too much time on black letter shit. Should have time still to do this myself but any resources would be much appreciated!

Just do fairness for everything.
Are your profs' initials JS? If so we might have the same exam.

Sturley is Michael, so not JS.
I basically only know policy shit for adverse possession:
economic theory - best use of the land
sitting theory - the TO was sitting on their rights, so this gets the property actually used.

Goals of Property Law: fairness, efficiency, consistency, continuity, autonomy, community, self-reliance, and human dignity.
Think about how you would prioritize them, based on your own values, in the given circumstance. That's what my property policy questions were oriented around.
