Get help, or at the very least an updated prescription. I don't know the shelf-life of that drug, but if you need it the pills you have are probably not giving you the medication it is supposed to give. If you don't need, you are abusing a Schedule 2 drug. Stop that.

do you have an addictive personality
for most people it's nbd
but i know a couple people who went a little overboard and were relying on it to live life
idk if you fall into that category or not
but you're saying you had a "nasty habit" at some point
you have multiple bottles, which sounds like pill hoarding
and you're concerned about your use of it
all of that is unusual and maybe weighs against you being able to use it responsibly
i think you should talk to a campus doc

depends on the person. some people can take it for a specific period of time and then be fine afterwards without it until they want it again of course. others will have the same game plan but then have trouble without it.

Lol. A close friend said that all you really need to do is going to your doctor's office and say that you have a hard time focusing now that things are getting busy, and you've taken it in the past but went off of it for a while(in NY this is now tracked to make sure you aren't "double dipping", but it only started recently). He added that the doctor will prescribe pretty easily and just give you a bit of a lecture.

What is the credited doctor to go to? Psychiatrist?

are you located in the 212 area code and selling?
if you needed adderall to write your 1L memo, you might have a problem. I think it could be useful for outlining (which can be very repetitive and frustrating without a boost), but remember the more frequently and higher dosage you use, the less effective it will be. I would try taking it sparingly, especially since you have a history of past use. xr or IR?

If you're going to purchase more then get a prescription. Abusing drugs is bad, but abusing drugs and getting arrested for doing so is worse. Tell a shrink. They won't disclose this.

(says the person with 400 posts in the last 2 weeks)
Jesus fuck, my entire question was about what sort of DOCTOR is appropriate to go to. I went to undergrad, I am fully aware I can buy it from kid with a prescription.
I asked psychiatrist? And someone responded "Wherever the copay is cheapest," or something like that, implying that other specialties of doctors also prescribe for ADD/ADHD. Hence my question, what sorts of other doctors might these be?
I have chosen to not see many doctors in my life until recently
