You don't need a roadmap paragraph, your Questions presented and brief answer section should provide the roadmap, along with your introduction and the headings. Just jump into what the law is, using cases to illustrate and explain. Then you analyze the facts from both sides, comparing/distinguishing from the case law.
You should probably check out that Honor Code though.

some you are allowed to consult whatever you want for help. Regardless, asking people with others profs is unlikely to be helpful beyond the super basics because everyone is a little idiosyncratic
