Hey guys-- hope everyone is doing well and on the november grind.

Quick question:
On my torts final coming up, I know it is going to be extremely policy based. (He spends 95% of class talking about Coase/Calibresi/Negle&Moral Luck/Economic Theories etc.) I do have a general attack plan in mind as to how I want to frame the questions; and I have read getting to maybe, although I dont know how receptive he'll be to that plan of policy attack.

So, I was just wondering if anyone themselves encountered a policy heavy torts exam and could offer insight into their success or just general pointers.

Just for the record, I would check out the old exams before getting wedded to a particular approach - my torts professor talked about policy 95% of the time in class, but there was an awful lot of traditional issue-spotting in her exams, too.

Thanks. Yes i noticed that too. For instance you would spot the issue(s), make an argument, lay out the 5 fingers of negligence but in his "model" answers he also wants a 6th section on how the court "ought" to rule (policy)
