I have patent law, trademark &unfair competition this semester, but neither of them has independent E&E or Emmanuel (there is one E&E for intellectual property but our classes are more detailed as to each subject)..anyone has any good recommendations for study aids? Also where can I find some practice essay questions (such as Siegel)?

AFAIK no good ones, but PM if you would like to swap some sample old professor exams for trademarks
