M&A Tax supplement

Taking M&A Tax Aspects. I have yet to find a good supplement that goes in depth on the tax issues. Spending all our time on tax free reorganizations. Any recommendations? I have Schwarz corp tax black letter outline, but lacks depth with only ~30 pages on tax free reorgs.

I don't know that very many schools even offer anything like that. I'd start looking at journals (not necessarily law journals, accounting/tax industry publications) and other things.
At a minimum, you'll want to know the different types of reorganizations, inside/outside basis, and corporation and partnership tax.
