Plan for Exam Prep?

So it is the second week of law school, and I'm not going to do any practice exams or anything like that for a whiile, but I just wanted to know what my game plan should be to get ready for these. I'm thinking about getting the LEEWS software in the next week or two, to understand exam structure. I was also thinking about doing "practice questions" to just engage in the type of writing they're looking for in an exam, as the semester goes on. Where can I find practice exam questions with sample answers, so I can practice law exam writing?

You can find practice exams with model answers at various law school sites by just doing a good google search for the subject you want to practice. I don't believe you need LEEWS to do well on a law school exam. I think by just learning the material + taking plenty of practice exams (with model answers) you will generally start to see what an A answer looks like.

If you or anyone else is interested in purchasing a used (like new) copy of LEEWS, PM me. Price is really negotiable.
