Top Law Schools

Im looking to take these two courses this semester. Can anyone give advice on these questions I have please?

First I was hoping to get some feedback on whether its a good idea to take them both at the same time or if thats too intense and should just take one.

Second, are there any good supplements for these classes?

Anyone with advice? It would be greatly appreciated!

What casebooks are you using?

Both at same time is fine, E&E worked great for me in both.

Corps is a lot easier than people make it out to be. Fed Tax seems to be a love-it-and-it's-easy or hate-it-and-it's-hard kind of class, just depends on your particular strengths. Either way, you'll be fine doing both at once. I find that the difference between a doable semester and a miserable one isn't the supposed difficulty of the class but, rather, the number of classes I'm taking and how well my learning style lines up with my professor's teaching style.

I'm not a supplement person, generally, but I glanced at a friend's copy of the E&E for tax and it seemed pretty solid.

Is thank Bankman 6th edition and Palmiter 5th?

I'm taking corporations right now - so far i've liked the Lexis Understanding corporations - but my prof wrote it so i may be biased.

At least for us a big part of the class is just learning business organizations and jargon for those of us who weren't in business and its helpful for that.
