In all seriousness, a girl who gets hot at the idea of a lawyer probably would rather fuck a current shitlawyer than a potential biglawyer.

Usually guys who ask these questions are such pretentious insecure dicks that it provides no help. But delivered properly, sure it helps. Doesn't have to be a good school either. They won't know which schools are good unless they seriously considered going to law school themselves.

I find they usually base their assumptions on undergrad prestige. So Notre Dame is clearly T14, Penn State must be a "top 8 public," etc. They also misapprehend the scale of the rankings, which is why I think so many clueless 0Ls have trouble understanding why "T50" is meaningless for law schools even if it might be slightly prestigious for an undergrad institution.

eh, I've found most undergrads who have at some point flirted with the idea of going to law school - and that means like half of undergrads - know the general composition of the T14, even if they don't know which one ranked higher than the other in a particular year.

people are generally impressed if you say like "I go to upenn" or something and drop the ivy label somewhere

lol i had a friend who was talkin about seeing this guy who was going to tjsl and stated that as a pro...and i laid some knowledge on her. they are not seeing each other anymore.
