How do you know the class is an easy A?

Can you do something productive with your free time--taking a clinic/externship, etc.? If not, take the the easy A route.

Copyright is pretty interesting and currently changing and may actually be useful, even in transactional practice. How much does one A help you now?

Would be an easy call to take the easy A, but for the fact it screws with your schedule.

I might take copyright, but note that just because you have class doesn't mean you actually have to go (thus saving yourself an extra day for your easy class)

Are you aware of how a curve works? Even a favorable curve is a curve.
